Thunderstorm is a negative psych. It is activated by dragging on empty space, then moving the stylus over enemies. Afterwards, upon release, lightning will strike the first enemy, and then continue to leap from enemy to enemy in the order that they were touched. Each enemy can only be hit once per use, and the usage of the psych is purely the targeting duration. If the pin runs out, then the lightning will strike as if the stylus was released.
