Over the Top is a psych shared by a set of Gatito pins - Righty Cat, Brainy Cat, and Lefty Cat. When all three are equipped, they cause all the pins in the same deck to reboot 40% faster. Also, pins that normally require time to boot before use at the start of a battle will be booted instantly. Like the Darklit Planets set, all must be obtained from certain Noise on Ultimate difficulty. One of the three is randomly available from Mind & Body Foods for ¥10,000.
Fittingly for a set from Gatito, the three pins together form the image of one of CAT's wall murals.
