The Doomed psych group attempts to inflict a status ailment on all enemies at the beginning of combat. In the case of a chain battle, the psych activates at the start of each reduction. A pin with a Doomed psych does not guarantee the status ailment. A Doomed+ Pin will always inflict its status ailment on enemies, unless the enemies are immune to the status condition.
One pin exists for each status effect in both the standard and plus variants. The Doomed psych is almost entirely made up of Pavo Real pins, whose "Poison" series makes up all of the basic Doomed pins. For the Doomed+ pins, two are evolved from the standard variant, one is a unique Pig Noise drop, and the last is a standard Noise drop.
