Most pins and threads have a fixed brand. Each district ranks brands in order of popularity.

Brand popularity affects attack power of pins. It has no effect on threads.

It's possible to affect the brand popularity in a given district, by winning battles wearing clothing or pins of the same brand. After a few battles are won, the trends for that district will change based on the brands worn by the characters. Trends also change on their own at random.

There are 13 brands in Shibuya:

The brand names are most likely based on the Chinese Zodiac.

There is also one category, Unbranded, which marks pins and items without a brand.
