Most Pins and Threads have a fixed brand. Each District ranks brands in order of popularity.

Brand popularity affects pin ATK. It has no effect on threads.

It's possible to affect the brand popularity in a given district, by winning battles wearing clothing or pins of the same brand. After a few battles are won, the trends for that district will change based on the brands worn by the characters. Trends also change on their own at random. Bonuses are given to the most, second most, and third most popular brands' pins (double attack power in the case of Rank 1), while the least popular (rank 13) gets halved attack power. Notably, in front of the 104 building, the giant screen on the top screen will change depending on the most popular brand in battle

There are 13 brands in Shibuya. Brands with higher average BRV requirements are intended for later perusal, although cost is also a factor. Here is the list, sorted from lowest modified average (top 3 and bottom 3 removed) BRV requirement to the highest:

Brand names are based on the Chinese Zodiac. There is also one category, Unbranded, which marks pins and items without a brand.
